What is the difference between an El Pachuco Zoot Suit and a “Zoot Tux”? El Pachuco Zoot Suits are authentic replicas of this 1940's classic style. Our knee length coats have broad shoulders and a tapered waist. The high waisted pants are wide at the knee, and taper to a narrow cuff. A “Zoot Tux,” a creation of tuxedo shops, is a plain tux-suit with a longer than usual coat, clip-on suspenders, and a chain.

SHIPPING

When an item is purchased online, how long does it take to get my order? All orders ship within 48-hours after payment has been received. Priority mail shipping within the U.S. will take 3-4 days to arrive. Express Mail will take 1-3 days, depending on where you live. We ship via Express mail upon request; shipping charges do apply.

Do you ship Out-of-the-Country? Yes, we ship world-wide via Express-Mail. Please contact us for more information.

Do you ship C.O.D.? Unfortunately we cannot ship C.O.D., all orders must be PAID in full before shipping.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

What is the store return/policy? We offer store credit/exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Do you exchange? Yes, we offer an exchange option.

PAYMENT

What type of payment do you accept? All major credit cards (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS), money orders, cash, and checks (we need minimum 14-working days for checks to clear).

Do you accept personal checks on day of pick-up? Checks are not accepted on day of pick-up.

Are your Zoot Suits available for rent? Yes

What is included on the Rental? Zoot Suit Rentals Include: pants, coat, white shirt, tie and suspenders. Additional accessories are available.

Do you rent OUT-OF-STATE? Yes, rental prices are the same as the “walk-ins”. Shipping and handling prices will apply.

How long is the Zoot Suit rental? Rentals can be picked-up Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, and must be returned on the Monday after use.

What is the Rental Policy? The rental terms start on the day of pick-up, with the renter agreeing to return the rented items to El Pachuco on the first Monday after use. The total rent and purchase amounts, along with a security deposit for the rented articles, are due on the pick-up date. Security deposit will be forfeited if renter fails to return the rented items in good condition or fails to notify El Pachuco Zoot Suits of any loss, damage, or theft of property by the return date.

What is the Security Deposit? The security deposit can be a major credit card in which we put a $100.00 hold or $100.00 cash that is refundable when suit is returned.

Is there a late charge on Rentals? A late charge of $25.00 per day will be applied for late items returned.

Is there a fee for cancellations? If rental is cancelled the week of the event, there will be a $25.00 re-stocking fee.

Do you wholesale? Yes, El Pachuco Zoot Suits Inc., a family owned and operated business, has been manufacturing Zoot Suits since 1978. We specialize in designing authentic Zoot Suits based on original patterns from the 1940’s. After 27 years, and much demand, we are proud to offer authentic, original El Pachuco Zoot Suits at wholesale prices to qualified retailers. Please contact us for more information.
